I have three wonderful children (See Picture Above)- Christopher Dillon, Elena Dillon & Julia Dillon as well as three soon to be step children Joseph Woollard, Brian Woollard & Samantha Woollard. All of our children have attended one of these schools; Taylor Elementary School, Burrell Elementary School, Ahern Middle School and Foxboro High School. I first became interested in Real Estate in 1987. My father Wayne Nightingale was working as a Realtor for DeWolfe in North Attleboro. My dad held a board position with the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, taught the Real Estate licensing laws, Code of Ethics and held many Real Estate designations of this own. My dad taught me, you need to get educated first, then experience real estate. Real Estate consists of laws, regulations, standards and general knowledge that you can only get by being hands on. Everyday in Real Estate is a different situation, unique to each property. I have learned a great deal from my father over the years about the Real Estate industry and still today, I consult him on many real estate transactions. At the young age of 18, and pursuing a business major, I really was reluctant to make Real Estate my full time career. Real Estate is not something you jump into unless you are prepared. Instead of working full time in the real estate industry, I took a position at A.C.E. International as the Marketing/Public Relations Manager. During my ten year tenure with this company I had the opportunity to travel throughout the United States. Deciding to make Real Estate my full time career after working closely with others in the industry over a 16 year span, I took the step to become a full time Professional Real Estate Consultant. I love being a Realtor and helping others to achieve their goals of homeownership. My marketing and sales background is truly an asset to the achievements I have accomplished in Real Estate. Every transaction I do is fully customized to each individual. I constantly attend classes and seminars to keep myself educated in market trends, ethic issues, government changes and technology advancements. Community involvement is a great pleasure of mine and helps me to get connected to people in my community. I am currently the Community Board Member for the Foxboro Rotary. I have also been a member on the Taylor School PTO, Room Mother, Each One Reach One Program, Spring Fling Marketing Coordinator and Student Advisory Committee in more than one school. You may have seen me around town in any one of these activities; the Foxboro Discretionary Fund, Sand for Seniors as well as a Senior Center Friendly Visitor, Daisy Scout Leader, Soccer Coach, Cheerleading Coach, Foxboro Jaycees, Varsity Cheerleaders Booster, Touch Down Club, Take Down Club, Ahern Career Day, Boy Scout Pancake Breakfast, Chuck Wagon Events with Rotary or Newcomers Club. Or maybe you where running or walking with me during one of the many 5k walks to benefit all different causes. If my website can help promote a good cause in the community, please feel free to send me your information and a link to your site. Being part of a community, to me, should be about giving and receiving the support of others. All of the achievements I have reached, and the dreams that have been met, are due to the continued support I receive from my family, customers and clients. The referrals you give me, from your friends, family and co-workers are greatly appreciated. I thank all of you, for your continued support!
